Dont count on 7v7. Yes we used more then 7 and that is when we started running in to trouble bring players in that normally dont play with us. Our game wasnt as tight as normal. So do what you like just dont count on 7. IF you want to make the call right now for 6v6 then thats fine we are going to look over some strats see how we can put a 7th guy into the lineup effectively. We have been playing with 6 and may just keep it that way so we can keep our strat like we had before. So its up to you what you count on. Im not hiding anything here. We already understand why you like to us more players. Its the same reason we like to stick with our same lineup. You will know plenty in advance.

The thing is we have 10-11 signups each map, so when teams like *II and you wanna do 6vs6, it makes the while for the other 4-5 very sucky. It aint much the game has to offer then these tourney matches, so when you have to sit the match then you basiclly fucked.

We do not play with any tactics or anything, nor do we think tactical with the amount of players. I do not ask for a 10vs10 where we would crush anyone. We ask for the normal nummber of 8, a nummber that has been a normal amount of players in the df games I played, and I played them at the start when all was hyped. Offcourse later in the games it may have gone fewer.


We will play 6vs6 and you can have your fun and be so happy if you win the final on a handmade silverplate. And even brag about it.

The reason why superstar is because we have 6 that play this game. Just to get more people we had to call them and drag them into our vent to play and it didnt run right because these guys arent around normally. We normally had 7 to 8 but other situations took a guy away from us. It seems everyone always finds away not to like the way people play. I dont understand why people dont understand that some people play different then others, and like other things then you do. I am sorry that is the case.

I am sorry I didnt explain myself better. I meant it seems how its expected that everything should work out in your favor even though they ended working out in the favor of the rules. Mad about the EU servers, yet thats not part of the rules, mad about II not playing 11 yet that is part of the rules, Mad that we are Tactical, yet that is part of what teams do. I dont want any ill feelings with you guys going into the match. The 29th was a date that was good for us. I was happy your team asked for it. We just got done with a team that said they would "most likely" forfiet unless we didnt play on the date that they wanted. So we made changes and played on their date because we just wanted to play. I dont want us to keep having to do this. I understand we all have things to do and lives to live. Your lives are just as important as ours. We do only have 6-7 active guys on our roster you can jump in vent whenever you please and see that. You have more active guys on your roster then ours bottom line, so you cant play the roster card. I am glad you think you know more about our team then I do. You can jump on vent at any time at random and you will see the same thing I talk about. ITs not about any crying dates. You guys asked for the 29th I was cool with the 29th but it came to that date in error that is fine. Its a simple disagreements on dates. We would like to play the 29th. You would like to play the 30th. I simply asked the admin to make the decision. There is nothing magic about it. Lets face it you are very unhappy when you dont get your way. Where you missed up is where you said you wouldnt play the 29th. That is right there trying to force a team to go with the your time. You I dont understand, I havent spoken a thing about ping and you make a 20 line post about the ping. Offcourse 9 pm is the best, but this is how it is when you play EU team, just as it is when we EU join a US toruney we have to play on US server. Its just what dfl/ls should expect. There is nothing new and dramatic here.

It will be a 6vs6 as dfl/ls ask for it, they ask for it we dont want to, but we have to obey the rules. This is in favour of dfl/ls. We have to change our tactical plans, players and muuuuuch of other things. dfl/ls controls who is gonna play for us now, what guns we gonna use and what tactics. They are more or less in control here, I also think they have admin right over the server we gonna use also.

There is nothing that goes in our favour here, we havent demanded anything that is out of the ordinary. sunday, 15.00 est is ordinary when it comes to eu vs us.

This may come as a suprise for some, especially TL :P
But I 100% agree with him lol, he's not demanding anything in his favour. He's just asking for common sense around here.

Is he the only one who sees that dfl+ls simply wants to play with their 'best' 6 only? And therefor 'rejects' every other option? While they can play on those other dates, but just not with those 6?

Why did dfl+ls merge? Why did those other 14 join that team? To not play?

Once again, I'm going to call that merge bullshit. The rules here in this tournament are dodgy and the admins should seriously interfere in this. It's just sad that a team who can easily play with 8, play on any given day almost (me and many of you out here have seen them play daily vs themselves) is allowed to simply say: 'no we wont play that day'.

Before the semi finals I had respect for most of these american teams, now I don't. Suprising it is actually... I was not an sts fan by a long mile, but since recent weeks I got to appreciate them, they at least are honest and want to play the game in a normal way.

Flame me all you want Talent, but you're just wanting it too much your way, same as this entire tournament is all favoured for you already. You will say I can play on US server, 6v6 and demand my day because I can cuz of the rules. Then I say you are right. But that still means it's all favoured for you.

The point of my story and probs TL's as well, is that Talent wants things which are of course allowed within the rules. But that doesn't mean we should all be happy about it and call it great. If you are able to play 8v8 you should play 8v8, that's good sportmanship. Asking for a 6v6 then is just egoistic. Sure it's important since you want to win if 6v6 is better for you. But I'm sure everyone can agree on the fact it's just low tactics right there. And also something that shows how horrible the rules in this tournament are. I've seen plenty of DFBHD tournaments in the last years which were hosted by just one or 2 guys with way and way better rules.

But then again, maybe I'm used to a european community which is used to decent standards and a good sportmanship. If my team plays sts, and we had 8 we would play 8. If not we wouldn't. Why? I can't disappoint teammates to not play and spoil their evening.
This is a game guys, and I understand that it's just frustrating for those sts guys who have to just sit and watch... while they actually could have played if the other team was just nice as well.

For the last week or so since the KIA guys have migrated back to COD(x) I have been joining DFL/ls on vent to play a little DFX2 with them. I am still a paid up DFL member after all! :) . I promise you that in the euro time slot 8-12pm there have not been any other players than the six-seven who have been playing the matches so far to be seen. There is not another six or seven waiting in the woodwork. Most of the DFL guys are playing AA3 and think this tourn'y and DFX2 is a joke.

Thanks for sharing your inside information on your favorite team in the hole world. Its the game freaks that are online at that houres, it doesent mean they CANT play the other normal ones. Its about organise and setup a time to show up if you can, normally at 15.00 cet we eat dinner and hang out with our beloved wifes, but it dosent say we cant game for 2h or like play public gaming like this magic 6 do at EU times. This is something that dfl/ls knew when EU teams joined. Did any EU and US teams play on a Saturday here in the orb ? Or like ever ever ?

This may come as a suprise for some, especially TL :P
But I 100% agree with him lol, he's not demanding anything in his favour. He's just asking for common sense around here.

Is he the only one who sees that dfl+ls simply wants to play with their 'best' 6 only? And therefor 'rejects' every other option? While they can play on those other dates, but just not with those 6?

Why did dfl+ls merge? Why did those other 14 join that team? To not play?

Once again, I'm going to call that merge bullshit. The rules here in this tournament are dodgy and the admins should seriously interfere in this. It's just sad that a team who can easily play with 8, play on any given day almost (me and many of you out here have seen them play daily vs themselves) is allowed to simply say: 'no we wont play that day'.

Before the semi finals I had respect for most of these american teams, now I don't. Suprising it is actually... I was not an sts fan by a long mile, but since recent weeks I got to appreciate them, they at least are honest and want to play the game in a normal way.

Flame me all you want Talent, but you're just wanting it too much your way, same as this entire tournament is all favoured for you already. You will say I can play on US server, 6v6 and demand my day because I can cuz of the rules. Then I say you are right. But that still means it's all favoured for you.

The point of my story and probs TL's as well, is that Talent wants things which are of course allowed within the rules. But that doesn't mean we should all be happy about it and call it great. If you are able to play 8v8 you should play 8v8, that's good sportmanship. Asking for a 6v6 then is just egoistic. Sure it's important since you want to win if 6v6 is better for you. But I'm sure everyone can agree on the fact it's just low tactics right there. And also something that shows how horrible the rules in this tournament are. I've seen plenty of DFBHD tournaments in the last years which were hosted by just one or 2 guys with way and way better rules.

But then again, maybe I'm used to a european community which is used to decent standards and a good sportmanship. If my team plays sts, and we had 8 we would play 8. If not we wouldn't. Why? I can't disappoint teammates to not play and spoil their evening.
This is a game guys, and I understand that it's just frustrating for those sts guys who have to just sit and watch... while they actually could have played if the other team was just nice as well.

We had to merge at that time. I wasnt aware that xT was going to be done with his job, I didnt know that smk was going to be back from his trip, we didnt know that Freak was going to start playing dfx2. If we didnt merge ls was looking at a very low amount of active players and Dfl was in the same boat. Now LS has 5 active players and Dfl has 2. dont ask me why all those players joined? I am not sure or course I wasnt going to tell them no. I also remember scrimming DEA when DEA had like 13 players on your roster which you were always only able to scrim with 6 or 7. Its the samething bro. Some people want to think they will be around and play but in all reality they wont. For that matter even like the game. Like 3 of those guys were going to buy it but then didnt. I wish players like BabyBoy and Submit were around. I can tell you that. We would be even stronger. Although Submit's wife has him by the balls and BB is dealing with some real life issues. They dont even come on vent. Talent, bare in mind thatwhen you play @ 15:00 it is 21:00 in europe and when the matches takes up 3 hours or longer as the *II* match it's 0:00, and maybe 01:00 :)

I hope you understand this is for a reason. There is a TV show in the UK called Grand Designs, anyone watch this? It’s about people who remodel or build new houses that are a little different.
